Welcome to Crate Digger. By accessing or using our platform at crate-digger.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
To sell or purchase items on Crate Digger, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Crate Digger is a marketplace platform that connects independent record stores and individual sellers with buyers. Crate Digger is not a party to the transactions between buyers and sellers. Each store operates independently and is responsible for its own inventory, pricing, grading accuracy, and fulfillment.
The following items may not be listed on Crate Digger:
Crate Digger may charge transaction fees, subscription fees, or other fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are subject to change with reasonable notice. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes on their sales.
By uploading images, descriptions, or other content to Crate Digger, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of facilitating sales. You retain ownership of your content. Crate Digger's name, logo, and branding are the property of Crate Digger and may not be used without permission.
Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may request mediation through Crate Digger's support team. Crate Digger reserves the right to mediate disputes, issue refunds, or take other actions it deems appropriate to maintain marketplace trust and safety.
Crate Digger provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service. Crate Digger is not liable for any damages arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, including but not limited to misgraded items, shipping damage, or non-delivery.
Crate Digger reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the marketplace community. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
